Organic carob syrup is made with just two ingredients, water and organic carob pulp.

Carob syrup is a healthy and very versatile sweetener that is 100% natural. It contains no gluten, caffeine or preservatives and is rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients such as iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium.

It is the ideal product to use when making desserts and cakes, to go with your cheese board, to add to a salad dressing, as a topping for ice cream and much more.
