This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal user (henceforth referred to as User or Users) data collected during usage of the Carob World website (henceforth referred to as Site) by Carob World Portugal, Lda. Upon providing your personal data you acknowledge that you know and accept the conditions of this Privacy Policy. The present Privacy Policy is supplemented by the Terms and Conditions of Usage.

Access and use of the site shall not imply providing the User's personal data. 4. Conservation of personal data

Personal data shall be conserved by Carob World, Lda for a period of 5 years from the collection data, unless another conservation period ensues from applicable legislation.

In order to guarantee the security of the subject's data and maximum confidentiality, Carob World, Lda processes information in accordance with internal security and confidentiality policies and procedures, which are reviewed and updated periodically, pursuant to legally applicable terms and conditions. Depending on the nature, scope, context and purposes for processing the data, along with the risks ensuing from the processing in relation to the data subject's freedoms, Carob World shall apply the technical and organizational measures that are necessary and suited to the protection of the data of the subject and compliance with legal requirements, both when defining the means of processing and at the time of the actual processing.
